A woman named Shirley was from Beverly Hills. One day, she had a heart attack and was taken to Cedars Sinai hospital. While on the operating table, she had a near-death experience. She saw God and asked, "Is this it?" God said, "No, you have another 30 to 40 years to live." Upon her recovery, she decided to stay in the hospital and have collagen shots, cheek implants, a face lift, liposuction, and breast augmentation. She even had someone dye her hair. She figured since she had another 30 to 40 years, she might as well make the most of it. She walked out of Cedars Sinai lobby after the last operation and was killed by an ambulance speeding up to the hospital. She arrived in front of God and said, "I thought you said I had another 30 to 40 years!" God replied, "Shirley?! I didn't recognize you!"

One night a burglar is trying to break into a house. He's sneaking across the lawn when he hears a voice. "Jesus is watching you!" He jumps, turns around, but sees no one. So he starts creeping across the lawn again. "Jesus is watching you!" He hears it again. So now the burglar is really looking around, and he sees a parrot in a cage by the side of the house. He says to the parrot, "Did you say that?" The parrot answers, "Yes, I did." So the burglar asks, "What's your name?" The parrot says, "Clarence." The burglar says, "What kind of stupid idiot would name his parrot Clarence?" The parrot laughs and says, "The same stupid idiot that named his Rottweiler 'Jesus'."

As you can tell by the subject, I am looking for a rather specific piece of fanfiction. It contains the pairing of Severus/Harry as well as time travel. Harry is sent back to the time of the founders and winds up being blood adopted by Salazar Slytherin as his brother. He lives out his life for a time in the Founders' era, but he is sent back. There are journals kept by his son, and he later reads them. What really stuck in my head was the fact that only one person, Severus, found out that Harry used to be Harry Potter before he became Salazar Slytherin's brother. Also, Harry blood adopts a little boy who is descended from him in the story.

That is all I can remember really. If someone could help me, I would be most grateful.

Well, I suppose the title says it all... This post is just an introduction post for this journal. This journal is pretty much a host for the stories/drabbles I hope to be posting soon. I don't know if I will add any entries specifically about my personal life (I might, though), but I will include at least a mini-update about myself with each work I post on here.

I'm mostly interested in the Harry Potter fandom, focusing mainly on Snarry or either of the characters involved in that pairing. I will read just about any pairing, though, if I think the story is written well enough like the Blaise/Harry pairing in Onyx Snow over at ff.net. Anything to do with Severus has my vote, hands down, every. single. time. I'm a little bit of a rabid fangirl....

I used to be completely obsessed with the Buffy/Angel fandom (still am to a certain extent), and if you want to find any of my other works from that fandom, they can be found over at my livejournal. The most used pairing is Spangel (Spike/Angel), but there is also some Spesley (Spike/Wesley) and a threesome (Spike/Angel/Wesley).

On a slightly random note, look at what Tweak was saying as I was browsing for fics...
